SALES ASSOCIATE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and secure new business.
- Promote freight forwarding, transport and logistics services.
- Conduct client visits, sales calls and presentations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
- Meet sales targets and maintain an active pipeline.
- Coordinate service delivery and payment follow-ups.
- Submit sales reports and gather market intelligence.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales or business development experience.
- Logistics or freight forwarding experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, integrity and initiative.
