Zambia Seed Company is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer to support the implementation of the Nourishing Prosperity Alliance Forage (NPA-Forage) project, a Gates Foundation-funded initiative working to strengthen climate-adapted forage markets and transform livestock systems and rural communities in Kenya and Ethiopia.
Location: Nakuru, Kenya
Start: 6 September 2026 onwards
Contract: Interim MEL support
Deadline: 21 August 2026
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, M&E or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant MEL experience in development projects, preferably in agriculture. Strong experience in data collection, data quality assurance, Excel/Stata, KoboToolbox, and survey management is required, alongside professional proficiency in English and Swahili.
