KILISHOP MANAGER

Location: Nairobi, Mombasa Road (AVAILABILITY: IMMEDIATELY)

Job responsibilities:

1. Recruit and onboard KiliShop agents
2. Expand pickup station network
3. Ensure partner compliance and engagement

We’re hiring

1. Monitor order delivery performance
2. Manage aftersales and customer collections
3. Validate commissions and partner payments
4. Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
5. Lead regional operations teams
6. Track team performance and KPls
7. Prepare reports and resolve escalations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
2. 2+ years in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations
3. 2+ years in a leadership/management role
4. Experience in business development and operations management
5. Experience with pickup stations, agent networks, or courier operations is an advantage
6. SOP development and process improvement
7. Performance and KPI management
8. Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
