Role Description

The Administrative Assistant role at BCS is an on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The individual in this role will provide day-to-day administrative support, and office support to ensure the efficient operation of the Kenya office. The role supports office administration, facilities management, travel coordination across the company, records management, and basic HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The position reports to the HR & Administration Officer.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have proven experience managing local and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, airport transfers, visas, travel allowances, and itinerary coordination.
  • Candidates should have Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or Travel Coordinator role.
  • Experience maintaining administrative records, office documentation, and vendor records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
