FarmChance K. LTD is a fast-growing agricultural company specializing in high-quality animal genetics, renewable agriculture solutions, and farmer-focused innovations across Kenya. We are expanding our operations and are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Genetics Sales representatives in the Nakuru and Mount Kenya regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell bovine semen and related livestock breeding products to farmers, cooperatives, agrovet shops, and Al technicians.
• Promote FarmChance genetics programs and educate farmers on the benefits of superior animal breeding technologies.
• Conduct farm visits, customer follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy and beef farmers within assigned territories.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Coordinate farmer trainings, field days, and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of semen and related breeding products.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Animal Science, Animal Production, Animal Health, or Veterinary-related field.
• Experience or knowledge in livestock breeding, dairy farming, or artificial insemination is an added advantage.
• Ability to effectively market and sell semen and related livestock products.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Ability to drive a vehicle and/or ride a motorbike.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.
