Technical Sales Specialist – CMD

The position holder will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical expertise to customers by way of advanced training with an efficient inroad into the assigned product portfolio within Analytical Instrumentation business unit.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving set sales target for analytical instrumentation.
• Support sample preparation, and material testing instruments.
• Provide technical support through product demonstrations, user training, and application development.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support business growth.
  Spearhead technical product specification & application discussions with clients and prospects by assisting with User Requirements Specifications (URS) and product briefs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment
• Experience in product development and introduction
• Knowledge of analytical method setup and validation
