The successful candidate will play a key role in managing conveyancing transactions, preparing and reviewing legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and providing practical legal advice to clients. Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid Practising Certificate.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ post-admission experience in a busy law firm.
- Demonstrated experience in conveyancing practice and property transactions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practice.
- Strong legal drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive, self-driven, team-oriented, and results-focused.
