We’re Hiring: After-Sales Technician, Nairobi, Kenya
We’re looking for an After-Sales Technician to support installations, provide after-sales service, and help drive sales by translating technical capability into business value for our renewable energy clients.
- What you’ll do:
- Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations for prospective clients
- Support installation, commissioning & after-sales service for inverters and other renewable energy equipment
- Provide technical troubleshooting and system optimization guidance
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs & cost estimates
- Deliver demos and technical presentations, supporting the sales process
V What we’re looking for:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role within renewable energy
- Hands-on experience with solar inverters (installation, configuration & troubleshooting)
- Strong client-facing and sales support skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working across technical and commercial teams
