We’re looking for two (2) Project Management Assistants to join us in Westlands, Nairobi, supporting the coordination and delivery of donor funded projects alongside Project Coordinators and cross functional teams.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, work plans and reports
  • Organize meetings, field visits and stakeholder workshops
  • Manage documentation, procurement, and travel logistics
  • Support data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Support financial documentation and budget tracking
  • Contribute to proposals and business development


𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • MSc in agriculture, sciences, engineering, or humanities (finalized or ongoing)
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience in proposal writing for business development
