About the Program
GTCO’s Graduate Trainee Program, branded “Join the Orange Tribe,” is designed for ambitious, high-performing graduates ready to build a career in banking from the ground up. Trainees go through structured onboarding and mentorship as part of one of Kenya’s growing banking institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree — First Class or Upper Second Class Honours
- Minimum B Plain in KCSE
- Below 26 years of age
- Ambitious and willing to learn
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Able to work in a team with minimum supervision
