Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell first aid kits, health items, and branded merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and answer queries.
- Operate POS for cash, card, and mobile payments (e.g., M-PESA).
- Maintain stock, arrange displays, and perform monthly stock takes.
- Manage sales reconciliation, daily reports, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Procurement, Sales, Business, or Customer Service (advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or sales.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and mobile money handling (M-PESA).
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
