We’re seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer Impact Hub Nairobi is seeking an experienced, Kenya-based MEL professional to strengthen our portfolio and project-level MEL systems, improve data quality and learning, support donor reporting, and lead measurement for the Advancing Agricultural Circularity (AAC) .

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1. Develop and maintain portfolio and project MEL frameworks, logframes, indicators and data-management systems
2. Design data-collection tools and support baseline, midline and endline assessments
3. Maintain performance dashboards and conduct routine data-quality assessments
4. Generate evidence for organisational learning, programme improvement and donor reporting
5. Lead participant measurement, cohort tracking, feedback and results reporting for the AAC Accelerator

The consultancy is expected to begin on 21 September 2026.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We welcome applicants with:
– A relevant bachelor’s degree
– At least five years of relevant MEL experience
– Practical experience in theories of change, logframes, indicator design, surveys, data-quality assurance and analysis
– Experience using dashboards and digital data-collection platforms
– Strong analytical, reporting and evidence-communication skills
– Knowledge of responsible data management and the Kenya Data Protection Act
– Availability to work regularly on-site in Nairobi and travel locally when required
