Tech Care for All Africa (TC4A) is looking for an Operations & Programs Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of our new and expanding health programmes across multiple African markets.
This role will lead programme execution, manage workplans, budgets, timelines and reporting, strengthen operational systems, coordinate with country teams, and work closely with clients and the CEO to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
We’re looking for someone with 5–8 years of experience delivering health programmes, including experience working across multiple countries and managing programme budgets, teams and stakeholder relationships.
