We’re Hiring: Sales Executive- Moving & Relocation Services

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Type: Full-Time

Package: Salary + Commission

Nellions is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing moving and relocation team.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who knows how to sell a service, build trust, communicate value, and close deals. You will work with residential and corporate clients, helping them move homes, offices, and businesses with confidence.

Who are we looking for?

We’re especially interested in candidates with proven experience in service-based sales, including:

Financial services | Insurance | Banking | Logistics | Transport | Real estate | Professional services | B2B sales | Marketing agencies Management consulting

What will you do?

You will:

◆ Prospect, pitch, and close new residential and corporate moving clients

◆ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through referrals, outreach, and networking

◆ Conduct site visits and needs assessments to prepare accurate quotations

◆ Develop long-term relationships with corporate accounts and repeat clients

◆ Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless client handover

◆ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

◆ Represent Nellions at industry events, expos, and community touchpoints

What should you bring?

◆ Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in a service industry

◆ A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

◆ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

◆ Experience using a CRM and managing a structured sales pipeline

◆ Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and engaging decision-makers

◆ Self-motivation, organisation, and the ability to work independently
