OPEN POSITION
Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities
01 Oversee daily restaurant operations across all outlets & shifts
02 Maintain service quality, hygiene & operational efficiency
03 Lead, train & supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams
04 Prepare schedules & ensure optimal staffing levels
05 Handle guest feedback, complaints & escalations professionally
06 Drive sales, control costs, stock & wastage management
Ensure compliance with health, safety& licensing standards
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance & incidents
Support management on growth strategy & improvements
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role
- Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong financial awareness & operational control skills
- Passion for food, hospitality & guest satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
- Excellent organizational & hands-on management approach
