ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – OUTLETS
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Dining & Outlets supports the daily operations of dining venues and F&B outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, quality standards, and revenue growth while assisting in achieving financial and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and maintain service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback promptly
- Oversee outlet inspections, opening/closing procedures, and service flow
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment
- Monitor costs, sales, inventory, and minimize wastage
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
- Coordinate dining operations for events and promotions
- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, monitor KPls, and maintain records
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Food & Beverage
Management - 3-5 years’ experience in F&B operations, including managerial experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, inventory, and food safety standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays
