ABRIDGED BID NOTICE FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF GENERAL OFFICE MACHINES
1. The Bank of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:
Procurement Reference Number: BOU/SUPLS/26-27/00019
Subject matter of Procurement: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of general office machines.
Bid Security: The following Bid Security amounts, valid until June 17, 2027, shall be required:
Lot 1: UGX.600,000
Lot 2: UGX.3,024,000
Lot 3: UGX.1,286,000
Lot 4: UGX.420,000
Lot 5: UGX.1,338,000
Lot 6: UGX.404,000
Lot 7: UGX.200,000
2. The bidding documents) shall be inspected online under the Procurement tab on the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.or.ug.
3. The deadline for bid submission shall be 11:00am on November 24, 2026.
