REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EO) FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

TOTAL ENERGIES EP UGANDA (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partners and Total Energies Marketing Uganda Limited (TEMUL), invite experienced and qualified companies to express interest in the PROVISION OF TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES in support of its operations.
Brief Description of the Scope of the Services.
The services to be provided under the CONTRACT shall include:
i. Provision of air travel management services including a 24-hour emergency service, other services like hotel bookings, taxi and train services, visa application support, etc. as and when required
ii. Timely and effective air ticketing and reservation services, at competitive rates
iii. Provision of travel management reporting including passenger contact tracing
IV. Processing refunds for unused tickets
V.Provision of complementary travel services of advantage to COMPANY travelers
vi. Effective performance of services in compliance with COMPANY’s HSE rules and requirements
Minimum requirements
Interested parties shall demonstrate the following:
i. Accreditation with IATA
ii. Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years’ experience in providing similar services to corporate companies iii. iii. Existing partnerships with global travel management agencies
IV. Suitably qualified and experienced personnel
V.Solid financial capacity/backing to perform and cover the ensuing contractual/service needs
vi. Provision for an application ‘app’ or digital tool for travel management administration.
vii. Registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) to be considered for a contract award
EOI participation
Interested parties shall express their interest by submitting an email request to: ep.prequalification-ugep@totalenergies.com on or before 20th November, 2026, no later than 11:00 hrs (GMT+3) to request for the prequalification questionnaire for the aforementioned services.

Following receipt of the EOI email request, COMPANY shall register the interested parties in its e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA™, to enable the interested parties to submit their completed prequalification questionnaires. All participation timelines shall be included in the online sourcing tool SAP-ARIBA™.
