Uganda Olympic Committee (UOC) is a not-for-profit sports organization that has been in Uganda since 1956. The organization’s mandate is to promote the values of Olympism and use sport as a tool for social transformation and inclusion. The organization is currently implementing the Game Connect project in partnership with other entities in Uganda, which seeks to improve social cohesion and inclusion of refugees in different settlement areas.
In the context of the implementation of the Game Connect Project 3.0 (Sport for Mental Health, the Uganda Olympic Committee invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply and provision of goods and services. The competent firms and individuals will be called upon from time to time to supply goods in the next three years.

The UOC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, including the lowest bid received.
The deadline for submission of bids is Monday, 16th November 2026 at 12.00 p.m. EAT. Late bids will not be accepted.
