We’re looking for an energetic and engaging Training Assistant who knows how to command a room, connect with different audiences and make learning stick.
YOUR MISSION
You’ll work alongside our Training and Operations teams to:
● Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions
● Help create and continuously improve training content
● Assess learners and provide meaningful developmental feedback
● Identify skills and performance gaps through Training Needs Analysis and QA
● Deliver refresher and remedial training where teams need an extra boost
● Bring fresh thinking and digital tools into how we learn
● Help translate learning into stronger performance on the ground

You’re a natural facilitator who brings energy into a room.
You’re confident speaking to groups, but equally comfortable coaching, listening and giving constructive feedback.
You’re a self-starter and problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what needs fixing.
And importantly — you believe great training should change behaviour, not just fill a calendar.
WHAT YOU BRING
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in Training & Development, ideally within a financial or operations environment.
Field experience in retail and leading high-performing teams will definitely make us take notice.
Digital learning tools, Excel and presentation skills? Even better.
