TERRITORY SALES MANAGERS

Lycamobile is seeking three (3) dynamic, results-driven and self-motivated Territory Sales Managers to drive sales growth, expand market presence and manage distribution networks within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve sales, revenue and market share targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base within assigned territories.
· Recruit, manage, coach and motivate sales agents, distributors and other sales representatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, agents and business partners.
· Drive sales of telecom products and services, including SIM cards, mobile money, voice and data products.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities and sales performance.
· Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams and strengthen distribution networks.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or a related field.
· At least 3–5 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
· At least 2 years’ experience managing sales teams, territories or distribution networks.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Experience managing distributors, dealers, retailers and field sales agents.
