We are a leading Device Financing Company looking to recruit twenty (20) new Territory Business Leads (TBL) to manage the following regions and their environs;
REGIONS
Kisumu, Nakuru, Kwale, Lamu, Marsabit, Elgeyo Marakwet, Vihiga, Murang’a, Isolo, Bomet and Kirinyaga.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales performance of the region
- Onboarding new shops to Onfon Mobile Platform
- Managing NPL of the region,
- Recruiting and training brand ambassadors and dealers,
- Growing the brand presence of Onfon Mobile Ltd, and
- Coordinating after sale services
- Dealer and OEMs relationship management
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: - Degree in any field a must-have
- At least 6 months experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Ability to manage a team – highly desired
