Job Summary/Objective:
The Syrup Room Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production. The role involves maintaining the required production output, monitoring process parameters, minimizing downtime, carrying out basic equipment checks, recording production data, and ensuring products meet the required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for efficient operations of the Syrup room and Combi mix activities (In time Syrup preparation – Simple and Final, Syrup blending for production)
- Effectively conduct CIP and COP procedures as per required schedules.
- Maintain communication with line Quality Chemist to ensure quality integrity is maintained.
- Assist and perform adjustments where and when necessary to meet quality specifications and / or cycle efficiency.
- Complete all required quality checks, critical systems check, operation records and logs accurately.
- Perform minor repairs on all equipment at the Syrup Room and arrest any minor system leakages, conformance, inventory control (Raw materials management).
- Perform data entry and maintenance on related equipment as required and be involved in preventive maintenance required.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintain good housekeeping,
- GMP Practices and Global Food Safety Practices
- Understanding and working knowledge of Water Treatment Plant and combi mix and Knowledge of hand tools

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Food Science or Industrial Chemistry.
- Minimum Experience:
- At least 2 – 3 Years relevant experience.
Key Skills:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Previous Syrup room and Combi
Recharge or related training
WTP/Beverages Industry experience is preferred. - Warehouse knowledge
- Working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office, Facebook, Twitter
- Good Communication and
Troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced setup.
