Bringing incredible travel experiences to life across East Africa takes strong financial management behind the scenes.
As Senior Accountant, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the financial operations of our Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda entities run smoothly and accurately.
Working closely with the Finance Manager East Africa, Group Finance and our Shared Services Centre in Marrakech, you’ll coordinate month-end accounting, support statutory and tax compliance, prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting. You’ll also provide the financial information our teams need to understand performance, manage risk, and make informed decisions.
Based in Nairobi, you’ll work across multiple teams, with plenty of variety in your day-to-day work. You’ll bring a practical approach to solving problems, and keep our financial practices transparent and responsible.

This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site in our office in Nairobi, Kenya. We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification, with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong general accounting experience across East Africa, ideally including Kenya, Tanzania or Uganda.
- Experience supporting statutory and tax compliance across multiple legal entities.
- Experience using an ERP system such as Dynamics 365, or a similar platform.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, with experience using AI tools being highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Travel & tourism industry experience will be an added advantage.
