Key Responsibilities
- • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, rooms, equipment and utilities.•
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments and guests.•
- Support emergency repairs and be available for on-call duties when required.
Education & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building and Structure Maintenance or a related technical field.
Additional Details
- • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance.•
- At least 2 years of experience in building or maintenance work will be an added advantage.
