INVENTORY ACCOUNTANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end inventory transaction reconcilation (central warehouse + 38 branches)
- Final stock sign-off with Inventory Controller (physical-to-GL verification)
- Full returns-to-credit cycle management (customer & branch)
- Branch stock reconcilation to head office ledger
- Inventory provisions for obsolescence, seasonality, and shrinkage
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of inventory accounting experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution with multi-branch operations (5+ branches minimum)
- Advanced Excel & ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Enquest [Preferred))
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation methods and provisions
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA (or actively pursuing)
- Experience in fashion, footwear, or perfumes/cosmetics
- WMS integration, inter-branch transfers & elimination accounting
