JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead our sales function and grow revenue across refill operations, B2B accounts, and the Schools Water Assurance Programme.
- You’ll own the number, build the team, and make House of Maji the name Kenya trusts for clean water.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the sales strategy and deliver revenue targets
- Lead and coach the sales team
- Grow institutional and B2B accounts: schools, offices, estates, and hospitals
- Manage the pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Work with marketing to convert leads into loyal customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 5+ years in sales, including team leadership
- A proven record of beating targets
- Water, or consumer/industrial sales experience (a plus)
- Strong commercial instinct and a hands-on approach
