About the Role
As a Field Scout, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties, collecting accurate property information, taking photos, and reporting findings through the Kejarent platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit assigned areas and identify properties available for sale or rent.
• Collect accurate property details, including location and relevant information.
• Take clear, high-quality photos of properties.
• Submit property information and findings through the Kejarent platform.
• Follow up on leads and support the property listing process.
• Work closely with the team to identify new property opportunities.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with property owners, agents, and potential clients.
Requirements
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling within assigned areas.
• Smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Good knowledge of local neighbourhoods is an advantage.
• Previous real estate or fieldwork experience is an added advantage, but not required.
