We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team.
Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
– CPA qualification is an added advantage.
– Previous cashier or retail experience is an added advantage.
– Strong numerical and communication skills.
– Honest, organized and attentive to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process customer transactions accurately through cash, card and mobile payments.
– Operate and reconcile the POS system and cash register.
– Handle cash and daily deposits in accordance with company procedures.
– Apply promotions, discounts and loyalty programs correctly.
– Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale.
2. Procurement Officer (Male candidates encouraged to apply)
We are seeking a proactive and organized Procurement Assistant to support our procurement operations.
Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
– CPSP-K qualification is an added advantage.
– Previous procurement experience is an added advantage.
– Good negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with sourcing and purchasing goods and supplies.
– Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and supplier quotations.
– Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on deliveries.
– Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
– Assist in monitoring prices, stock requirements and supplier performance.
– Ensure purchases are made in line with company procedures and approved requirements.
