Bancassurance Sales Officer
About the Role
We are looking for results-driven professionals to join our team. In this role, you will work within the bank to help clients find the right insurance products to protect their assets and their futures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Sales & Relationships: Meet sales targets by building strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in any Business-related field.
- A Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or Certificate in Insurance (CU) is highly preferred and will give you a big advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
