AUTO STORE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced person to manage and co-ordinate all the activities in the Auto workshop Stores, streamline internal material movement and support perpetual inventory verification, inter-unit transfers and handling of service material
• JOB LOCATION: NAITIRI
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Automotive Store in all areas like receiving, issuing and store keeping, preservations.
- Monitor the physical verification exercise and prepare report based on the outcome i.e. shortage and excess report periodically and communicate to the management
- Monitor the material movement and conduct spot checks
- Supervise the day-to-day activities; GRN posting, issue posting and processing of indents on regular basis and report any deviations.
- Co-ordinate the overall ‘Surplus Inventory’ and ‘Non-Moving items as per guidelines set by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Stores operations or related field.
- Technical / Engineering background and/or experience in Auto parts will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years practical experience in auto stores.
- Analytical certifications will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems. SAP ECC6/S4HANA is a must have.
- Sound ethics and integrity.
- Trainable, results driven, self-starter, takes initiative and able to work independently to drive activities to completion.
- Efficient inventory management skills.
