Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Archicad and SketchUp.
- A good understanding of space planning, architectural form and material finishes.
- A portfolio showcasing exterior and interior design work, including academic or personal projects.
- Proficiency in at least one rendering tool, such as Twinmotion or D5 Render, is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing exterior architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare space layouts, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Create 3D models, visualisations and presentation materials using Archicad and SketchUp.
- Assist with selecting materials, finishes, furniture and fittings.
