Location : Nairobi, Kenya
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and proper documentation of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to support business decision-making.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for financial and statutory records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, with specific experience in leasing, banking, and insurance.
- Strong understanding of vehicle leasing models, financial reporting, and credit risk analysis.
- Proven experience in managing banking relationships and negotiating with financial institutions.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance processes and the ability to negotiate with insurance providers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Kenyan financial regulations and leasing laws.
