ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
1. Uganda Wildlife Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of supplies indicated in the table below:
Subject Matter of Procurement: Supply of Digital Camouflage Field Uniforms for UWA Staff
Reference No. UWA/SUPL/26-27/00049
Bid Security (UGX): 17,000,000/= in form of irrevocable Bank Guarantee or 30,000,000/ = in form of on demand Insurance Bond.
2. The bidding documents) shall be inspected and issued at Uganda Wildlife Authority procurement and Disposal Unit, UWA Headquarters on Plot 7- Kira Road upon Payment of a non-refundable fee UG 100,000/=. Method of payment will be via Momo pay or (Bank Name – Stanbic Bank, Account Number – 9030006237338
3. The deadline for bid Submission shall be on 25th November 2026 at 11:00am at UWA Head Quarters-PDU office.
4. The pre-bid meeting shall be held on 12th November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) Headquarters, Plot 7, P.O. Box 3530, Kampala, Uganda.
