We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Representative to be based at our Head Office in Kampala, with frequent travel to all Agro-Vet shops across Uganda to actively boost sales performance at every outlet.

JOB OVERVIEW
Support and drive sales performance at Agro-Vet shops nationwide through outlet engagement, product training, stock coordination and customer relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outlet Performance Boosting: Audit and optimize sales strategies at regional Agro-Vet shops.
Technical Product Support: Train outlet staff and farmers on the Nutrinova product portfolio.
Stock & Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and proper merchandising.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client and distributor relationships.
Market Intelligence: Collect feedback on competitor pricing, market trends and product performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ proven sales or technical support experience in the agricultural or veterinary sector.
- Fluency in English and Swahili;
knowledge of other local languages (e.g. Luganda, Runyakitara, Luo or Ateso) is an advantage. - Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to upcountry districts.
