INVITATION OF BIDS FOR PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF POWER SUPPLY INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT UNIT AT JCRC: JCRC/WKS/26-27/16241.
- Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of a provider for Provision and Installation of Power Supply Infrastructure for the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at JCRC-Lubowa.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
- Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (the Act) Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8.30 am to 4.00pm
- The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ug 200,000/- to our cashier at JCRC -Lubowa.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below in No 7(a) at or before 19th November,2026 at 10:30am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) on 19th November,2026 at 11: 00am. The detailed bid notice is available at the entity’s website;
- (a) Documents may be inspected, issued and delivered at JCRC Administration Block, Procurement and Disposal unit.
(b) Address of bid opening: JCRC Administration Block, Annex Board room.
8. The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows:
a. Publish bid notice: 29th October,2026.
b. Pre-bid meeting/ Site visits: 5th November,2026.
Bid closing date: 19th November,2026 at 10:30am.
d. Bid opening date: 19th November,2026 at 11:00am.
e. Evaluation process: (Within 15 working days from bid closing date)
f. Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice: Within 5 working days from Contract Committee Award.
g. Contract signature: (After expiry of at least 10 working days from display of the best evaluated bidder notice and SG’s approval).
