CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee multi-country expansion and rollout plans.
- Coordinate executive priorities and Board deliverables.
- Drive sales performance and cross-functional execution.
- Lead Al adoption, research and business innovation.
- Manage strategic stakeholder relationships.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field.
- 8+ years’ professional experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven multi-country expansion or large-scale programme management experience.
- Hands-on business Al experience.
- Strong commercial, leadership and communication skills.
Reports to: Group Managing Director
- Location: Nairobi, Kenya
- Regional and international travel required.
- Availability across time zones, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
