Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering,
- Telecommunications Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive operational experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 3 years in management capacity leading technicians, engineers and project managers
- Effective communication skills in both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations and mobilization, aligning site readiness, logistics, schedules, and budgets with quality standards.
- Track operational milestones, budgets, and KPIs, executing proactive interventions to maintain service standards and client delivery timelines.
- Enforce operational SOPs, regulatory requirements, site access protocols, risk assessments, and QHS standards across all field teams.
- Monitor team performance against KPls, productivity benchmarks, SLAs, and project budget targets.
- Collaborate with clients and technical leads to troubleshoot bottlenecks, resolve delivery disruptions, and maintain strong client relations.
- Champion resource efficiency, waste reduction, and rigorous quality assurance against technical specifications.
- Lead, coach, and hold field teams accountable while ensuring meticulous maintenance and timely submission of project and handover records.
