SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
- Create, publish, and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Drive audience growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility through organic and paid campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborate with content creators and the Brand & Creative team.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage WhatsApp Business catalogues, promotions, and customer communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging digital content.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics, Google Business Profile, and digital performance reporting.
- Experience using social media management tools and coordinating influencer campaigns is an added advantage.
- Professional certification in Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing is desirable.
