Sunrise Virtual School (SVS) & Graduate Plus are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who can turn ideas into compelling content, build online communities and use social media to grow our brands. You will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content across our social media platforms, while ensuring both Sunrise Virtual School and Graduate Plus maintain a strong, consistent and compelling online presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, videos, graphics, carousels and social media content.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with admissions, campaigns and events.
- Create content promoting TVET programmes, virtual classes, online learning and practical training.
- Develop engaging content featuring learners, trainers, virtual classes, testimonials, projects and success stories.
- Write compelling captions, video scripts, advertisements and marketing copy.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Capture, edit and produce high-quality photos and videos for digital marketing.
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to generate enquiries and student applications.
- Monitor trends and create timely content relevant to the education and TVET sector.
- Engage with online audiences, respond to enquiries and support lead generation.
- Work closely with the Admissions and College teams to convert digital enquiries into enrolments.
- Promote new intakes, programmes, events, webinars and other Graduate Plus initiatives.
- Support WhatsApp, email and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website and social media performance, leads and conversions.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and recommend improvements.
- Monitor competitors and emerging trends in TVET, online education and digital learning.
- Ensure consistent Graduate Plus branding across all digital platforms.
- Develop creative strategies that increase brand awareness, enquiries, applications and enrolment.
Qualification
· 2+ years’ experience in content creation and social media management.
· Has a strong portfolio of social media work.
· Is an excellent writer and storyteller.
· Can confidently create and edit short-form videos.
· Has strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
· Is proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar.
· Understands social media analytics and digital marketing.
· Is creative, proactive, organised and deadline-driven.
· Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
· Has an eye for trends, visual storytelling and compelling content.
Experience in professional development, digital marketing or brand communications will be an added advantage.
