Location: NAIROBI, MOMBASA ROAD
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies, objectives, and vision.
- Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance of goods and warehouse facilities.
- Develop and enforce efficient warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate warehouse employees.
- Manage inventory, stock control, system reconciliation, and future warehouse capacity requirements.
- Prepare regular warehouse reports and performance statistics.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular employee performance reviews.
- Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and proper condition of goods.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-4 years’ experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations.
- Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
