Responsibilities
- Help patients with washing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom while preserving their dignity.
- Clinical Support: Measure and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure under nurse supervision.
- Mobility Assistance: Assist patients to move safely around the facility or transition from a bed to a wheelchair or toilet.
- Patient Comfort: Serve meals, help patients eat, change bed linens, and keep patient rooms clean.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor patient health and report any sudden changes, concerns, or medical emergencies to senior medical staff.
Qualifications
- Communication: Listen well and talk clearly with patients, families, and medical teams.
