Are you an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in employee relations, industrial relations and Kenyan labour laws?
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Senior Human Resource Officer to join our team in Thika. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will help strengthen our people practices, workplace culture and overall organisational performance.
Key requirements:
V Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field
V Active IHRM membership
V At least five years’ experience managing HR processes in a labour-intensive, unionisable environment
V Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and industrial relations
V CHRP certification is desirable
