(NIA), we are seeking an IT Officer to serve as a key technical resource, supporting reliable, secure and effective technology services across the organisation.
The role will support end-user services and systems administration, Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT asset management and technology systems supporting programme and organisational operations.
The successful candidate will bring practical experience in
IT support and systems administration, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, networks, cybersecurity controls, access management and organisational systems.
