ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee the construction and management of one of our project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing residential construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise on-site activities & ensure project quality and compliance
- Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and safety compliance Collaborate with architects, managers, and inspectors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / Degree building construction or civil engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction
- Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards
