Position: Technical Sales Specialist

The Position holder will be responsible for growing the Forensics portfolio through technical sales support, customer engagement, market development and business growth.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Diagnose & resolve product performance and customer queries/complaints
- Deliver on-site and remote scientific application training & support to the customers.
- Support sales calls, product demonstrations, seminars and presentations.
- Leading and executing impactful product launches.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key Stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience in a forensic market analysis Laboratory environment.
- Forensic applications, data analysis, R&D experience preferred.
