BRANCH MANAGER
LOCATION: POWERSTAR SUPERMARKETS

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our supermarket branch.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store performance, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales targets, and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all day-to-day supermarket operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Drive sales performance, monitor and implement strategies to grow revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across the branch.
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, inventory control, and stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Prepare regular operational reports and communicate branch performance to senior management
- Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Business
Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in retail management (supermarket experience is highly preferred).
- Proven track record in sales management, customer service, and store operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills (team supervision, coaching, conflict resolution).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Inventory and stock management knowledge (including shrinkage control).
- Ability to analyze sales trends, set targets, and manage budgets.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
