JOB SUMMARY
Provide reliable, timely and hands-on refrigeration and HVAC maintenance support, ensuring continuous availability, optimal performance and cold-chain reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to refrigeration and HVAC breakdowns and restore systems promptly.
- Diagnose faults using systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain chillers, compressors, condensers, evaporators, cold rooms and freezers.
- Repair controls, sensors, pressure systems, valves, pumps and mechanical components.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance and document all work.
- Monitor pressures, temperatures, oil and refrigerant levels.
- Recommend permanent corrective actions for recurring failures.
- Support emergency interventions to protect product integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning,
HVAC Engineering or a related discipline - Minimum 8 years’ relevant industrial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance experience
- Proven FMCG, food-processing or manufacturing experience
