Soroi Collection is hiring a Reservations Consultant to deliver seamless booking experiences across our properties.
Location: Based in Nairobi
Key Requirements:
- Manage individual, group and agent reservations through the Property Management System.
- Minimum 3 years’ reservations experience within a luxury hotel, lodge or safari camp.
- Proficiency in PMS platforms (Opera, Protel, Res Request or similar) and OTA systems.
- Strong organisational, customer service and communication skills.
