Oneway Facilities Management Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team in Nairobi.

Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field
- Relevant professional HR qualification and/or membership of an appropriate professional body
- At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial or senior HR role
- Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and disciplinary processes
- Good understanding of Kenyan employment practices and HR compliance
- Experience managing a large or multi-site operational workforce will be an added advantage
